The Luxe Tiny Home is built on a Tandem-axle trailer with electric brakes, 4 stabiliser legs including tie down hooks at all four corners, rated 3500KG GVM. 

It’s external design finishes include a combination of ecogroove boards and colorbond standing seam panels, with a corrugated sloping roof, exterior wall lighting, a combination of aluminium windows including two oversized fixed panels, two awning windows and a gas strut feature eatery window, alongside a hinged glass door. We utilised the available space to include as much detail as possible, from the built in bench style seating with layaway storage, custom built bed with featured head board panel, wall sconces and under bed pull out drawer for additional storage. The flooring is a combination of water resistant wood grain laminate flooring. 
The kitchen area has a custom bench for indoor/outdoor eating, including enclosed under bench fridge cabinetry, the opposite wall has a single sink with mixer, stacked drawers and under bench cabinetry, alongside a purpose built microwave area with a hanging robe or storage above. 

The bathroom in the Luxury Tiny Home  is separated by a cavity slider. Fitted with a luxuriously oversized skylight, luxury finish wall panelling a custom horizontally detailed shower screen, mains plumbed toilet, a free standing vanity topped with a designer bowl basin and mixer tap, flanked by an oval mirror, a wall sconce and finished off with a completely tiled floor.

The Luxury Tiny Home includes quality appliances including a microwave oven and reverse cycle air conditioning.We've paired together multiple lighting sources throughout, bringing an elevated living experience including headboard and vanity wall sconces as well as down lights throughout allowing both task and ambient lighting elements.
