The Pod Tiny Home is our entry design, and it’s perfect for a minimalist lifestyle, or any small space. It's exactly as its name suggests, it’s a pod, compact, simple, yet stylish. It has everything for everyday living ready to provide additional living in a standard backyard, great for a second dwelling rental opportunity, and can be relocated.The Pod tiny has been built on a steel skid and can be  installed and levelled on a simple pier system.It’s external design features include a combination of ecogroove boards and colorbond corrugated panels with a sloped corrugated roof, fitted with an exterior light, a combination of slider and awning aluminium windows and a hinged glass door.

The interior design includes painted panelled walls and sloped ceiling creating an open airy feel, fitted with downlights throughout. It sleeps a double sized ensemble and has water resistant wood grain laminate flooring. The kitchen has a combination of under bench storage cabinetry complete with a single sink and mixer. Space for closet hanging located above a compact fridge allocation. It’s complete with modest counter space including a peninsula bench for two, perfect for inside dining with additional storage cabinets underneath. 

The bathroom is separated by a lockable cavity slider and includes a framed shower with inset tiled floor, a toilet complete with a compact basin and mixer. The Pod comes fitted with appliances including a quality brand microwave, 119L fridge, and reverse cycle air conditioning.
