The Sierra tiny home is a woodlands style design finished primarily in a cladded finish, with a corrugated pitched roof, and includes some minor Colorbond detail for added interest. You access this tiny through its hinged glass door. It has sash style aluminium windows beside the bed, and both sides of the kitchen allowing for great ventilation, including an awning window in the bathroom, providing plenty of natural light throughout. The Sierra is built on a Dual-axle trailer with electric brakes, 4 stabiliser legs including tie down hooks at all four corners, rated 3500KG GVM.

Its interior consists of painted V-groove walls and ceiling. The kitchen has a generous amount of under bench storage on either side, with ample counter space to prepare and enjoy meals. It has a deep single bowl sink paired with a mixer tap. This area also has a tall cabinet to be utilised as a hanging space. The bathroom is entered via a concealed cavity slider and consists of a tiled shower floor, a toilet and basin. The homes flooring is a combination of water resistant wood grain laminate flooring. 

The Sierra includes quality appliances including a 2 burner gas cooktop with fully ducted range hood, an under bench electric oven, and reverse cycle air conditioning.The Bedroom area can fit a queen bed between its built-in side table. This tiny is also fitted with a ceiling fan for extra ventilation.

This home also includes additional overhead loft style roof storage, situated above the bathroom easily accessible via a ladder. This roomy design is perfect for single or couple living, is a great first home while saving for that larger deposit. For empty nesters wanting to be closer to family or even great for a bush block weekend getaway.
