Although we generally have multiple Tiny Homes builds at varying stages on site that you can view during an arranged site visit, simply contact us via mobile or complete our contact form and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
Yes, you can make some minor changes as long as it doesn't interfere with build scope. All our Designs can be personalised with options for alternate fittings, fixtures and finishes such as flooring, cabinetry, benchtops, sinks and more.
Yes, we can design and create your very own custom built tiny home. You can custom design your own unique altogether, or we provide the option to design and build your custom tiny home in collaboration with our interior designer offering the best functionality for your small living space with a Designer look and finish.
The build times can vary depending on design and any upgrades required, although the current lead time for most Tiny Home builds is approximately 8 - 12 weeks once orders are placed and can also depend on material supply and current orders. If and when we expect build times could blow out we will discuss this at time of enquiry or ordering.
Our payment schedule is broken down into five manageable increments. A 10% deposit is required to secure your order, holds your place in the queue and commencement of the trailer build, two 25% payments are due during the framework, windows and interior lining process, a further 30% is due once all exterior elements are complete, and the final 10% plus any variations to your build and additional transport costs are due prior to delivery.

Yes, all of our Tiny Homes include underfloor, wall and ceiling installation.
Our Highlands Tiny Homes run on a 15amp mains power with a safety switchboard. The tiny house can be plugged in using an electrical power lead just like a traditional caravan. You wont need an electrician on site for this connection, but you will need an extension lead. A solar system can also be installed at an additional cost or this can be added at a later stage. All our Tiny Houses come "Solar Ready" as standard.
All our Tiny homes have a dual gas regulator that takes 2x LPG gas bottles as standard. You can use your standard 9L barbecue gas bottles. The connection is the same as connecting the gas bottle to a barbecue.
