Can you build a Tiny Home that isn't on wheels?

Yes, we can build Tiny Homes on a variety of foundations since we are qualified builders, although varying certification parameters, building approvals and council permits may apply. Please call us if you have further questions relating to Custom Tiny Home builds.

Do I need council approval for my Tiny Home?

Each local council has varying rules and regulations. In most cases a tiny house is treated as a caravan due to its ability to relocate if need be. Although we recommend contacting your local council to check what if any specific regulations are required.
