The Plus 2 was designed as an option for additional living, by either adding onto an existing block parked in the backyard or along side another Tiny home build, creating a Tiny home community. The Plus 2 is built on a Tri-axle trailer with electric brakes, 4 stabiliser legs including tie down hooks at all four corners, and is rated 4500KG GVM. It’s external design has a french door entry door, flanked by two large sash and fixed panel aluminium windows, a combination of ecogroove boards and colorbond standing seam panels, a corrugated pitched roofing, with a single exterior wall light.The Plus 2 can be built to suit any of our designer builds. It’s interior layout has two seperate spaces with your choice of open shelving or hanging robe options, ceiling fans in both rooms with a reverse cycle air conditioner fitted in one.The bathroom is situated in the middle for easy access via its common walkway area. It includes a shower and toilet, with built in cabinetry basin and an awning window for airflow.Flooring throughout is fitted with a water resistant wood grain laminate and a tiled bathroom. This Plus 2 display has been finished in The Cali design with Deluxe + finishes.
