The Cali Tiny Home is everything you need in a 9.6m tiny!  Built on a Tri-axle trailer with electric brakes, 4 stabiliser legs including tie down hooks at all four corners, and is rated 4500KG GVM. It’s external design features include a combination of ecogroove boards and colorbond standing seam panels, corrugated pitched roofing, it’s fitted with three exterior wall lights, aluminium windows and doors including a detailed bar feature, finished off with a detailed gable, bringing together a traditional bungalow look.

The interior layout of the Cali Tiny Home boasts an open plan pitched ceiling, a large triple sash slider entry door, generous living area featuring a lengthy sash window, as well as water resistant wood grain laminate flooring under foot. A peninsula style kitchen including an island bench, perfect for inside dining with drawer style food storage, the back wall has a modest sized awning window, as well as two fixed window panels flanking either side of the kitchen walk way area, adding generous amounts of natural light into the space. It also includes overhead cupboard storage with large sized under bench drawers. 

The bathroom is separated by cavity sliders on either sides allowing access via the bedroom or living area. It includes a shower, toilet and laundry amenities, with built in hanging cabinetry, along side a built in vanity of stacked drawers. The bedroom in the Cali Tiny Home can be accessed externally via a French style door or internally, the room has also been fitted with a large sash window allowing plenty of light and airflow throughout the home. It has built in bedsides as well as overhead open shelving and matching cabinetry for easy access to everyday items, this room is also fitted with a ceiling fan for extra ventilation.

Additional overhead roof storage is available above the bathroom with access via the custom built living room ladder. The Cali includes quality appliances including a 2 burner electric cooktop with integrated range hood, an under bench convection microwave oven and reverse cycle air conditioning. We've paired together multiple lighting sources throughout, bringing an elevated living experience including bedside and vanity wall sconces as well as down lights throughout allowing both task and ambient lighting elements.
